In my experience, Ishikawa is the best tempura restaurant in Metro Manila. Chef cooked tempura in front of us. This is the traditional tempura restaurant style in Japan. Tempura is fresh and hot and delicious!! I recommend tempura moriawase (450php), which has lots of tempura. You might become full with them. I wanna come here whenever I want tempura!

Ishikawa serve an authentic tempura and sashimi with affordable price(30～450peso), They have around 15 seats, so I advice you to make a reservation.
