Mendokoro Ramenba
Ramen Restaurants   Salcedo Village, Makati
It usually takes 3 minutes to bring the ramen from the kitchen to the customer’s table. Thus, the concept of a ramen counter shortens the time needed to serve the ramen because it is prepared literally in front of the customer, he added. This idea is quite challenging especially in the Philippine setting wherein Filipinos usually dine as a family or group. However, ramen counters are very common in Japan, and Mendokoro Ramenba aims to serve Filipinos with authentic hot bowls of ramen while maintaining its deliciousness up to the last slurp!

Mendokoro opened last December in Salcedo, Soliman street. Mendokoro is somewhat similar to Yushoken, which is in Alabang. It is tonkotsu based and they are baking chashu inside. Well, it's like Japanese style kitchen and I recall one good ramen restaurant in Japan, afuri. For the price, it might be a bit expensive but the taste is very nice. You should definitely try here!!
