Uma Uma Ramen is said to have inherited the taste of the famous “Mitsuboji” which was the origin of the Hakata Ramen. The newly opened ramen shop boasts of the fact that they do not use any artificial seasoning as their soup is made from the broth of the pig bones from Japan.
